Social Media Policy
Social media has changed the way we work, offering a new model to engage with customers, colleagues and the world at large.
The term social media is used a number of different ways. For the purposes of this policy, CSP defines social media as any tool or service that facilitates conversations over the internet. This includes traditional applications such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter, but also applies to other platforms such as YouTube, Flickr, blogs and wikis, social bookmarking services, user rating services and any other online collaboration, sharing or publishing platform, whether accessed through the web, a mobile device, text messaging, email or any other existing or emerging communications platforms.
